Hey everyone sorry this took me a while to get to but here’s some links and video’s that we talked about on this week’s show!

Pickomino

A nice dice based push your luck game using dice and dominoes. A relatively quick game that’s pretty cheap and easy to find.

Carcassone

10 years old and still a great game. A simple to learn tile laying game which paved the way for the now iconic game piece the MEEPLE!

Ascension

And last but definitely not least on our list was the great deck building game Ascension. If you played and liked Dominion you will likely love Ascension. Check out our thoughts on it in the podcast!

And since I mentioned the video of Jonathan Coulton and Felicia Day singing “Still Alive” from Portal I figured I would post it here. The audio is decent cept when the crowd is screaming it gets a bit loud in the mic. Kinda like me in the podcast HA!

We are scheduled to record our next podcast on tuesday July 12th. So with the way iTunes works I think we should have it up on the feed there on the 13th or 14th. Stay tuned we have some great things planned. (We are trying to keep our recordings on a twice a month schedule with dates varying so keep tuned here for some announcements)

— A heated debate is planned concerning Transformers 3. One of use Loved it, one of us Hated it. Find out who, why and hear the ensuing discussion after.

— Time willing we will be going into our lists of Best picture, Best Actor/Actress, Best Supporting Actor/Actress… All based on who was nominated in this years Academy Awards… Who did we think the Academy missed and who did we think they got right

– Of course our what have we been playing in games segment, and we are likely going to get in a session of some board gaming… games still TBD. We will hear Todd and Paul’s thoughts on being exposed to them and how they liked them as well.

– And much much more…
