Fickle- Came in looks like fun little set collection / drafting card game. From our Friend Glenn Cotter
Question for Dan: After the officiating of the Bruins / ‘Canes series, do you believe the NHL ‘fixes’ games?
1) The nominees for the 2019 SDJ solidify the fact that the@dicehateme awards are now far superior.
2) The mid-90’s German family can handle a game like Catan but the 2019 German family can’t? These nominees are a joke. They are the equivalent of snap-tight model kits.
Storm Chaser Games
Cool to see a light/fun party game like Just One get a nomination for SdJ. Could this be signaling a trend for the future of the award?
Matt Franz
What awards, other then your own, do you put real value in? I redirect the Oscars but feel they are just a bunch of blow hards patting themselves on the back instead of putting up the true best movies.
There are some comedies that deserved nods but never got a sniff in the past.
Jeremy Baker
Who would be the game designer to pull a Kanye
Adam HillWhich snub was worse: Piepmatz or Scarabya?
K Wilkinson
Will people outside of Germany ever come to the realisation that the awards target German families and not “hardcore” BGG users?
Buckeye Fitzy
Will this SDJ winner and class go down as one of the weakest ever?
